This place has well-equipped and well-furnished rooms with absolutely superb views of the lake, and is in a perfect location with responsive staff.

The staff here were really nice and kept the rooms well stocked, making our stay great; the room with a balcony and scenic views was really spacious and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was central, close to a private garden and pool/jacuzzi. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean, with brilliantly helpful and very efficient stuff in replenishing supplies. The breakfast offered was generous with Monte Isola-superb food and superb food, as for instance.

Stayed here once years ago and never forgot how great it was. Welcoming to families, even left a stuffed animal for our toddler. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast. Added a bistro menu with delicious food. Don't miss the Rivalago Palm cocktail. Great location on the waterfront.

Great location on the lake. Sulzano is a good base for boat trips around Lago d'iseo and is also well served by trains to Brescia. If you like walking, the Antica Strada Valeriana is recommended for beautiful lake views along a pathway linking hillside villages, with the option of coming back by boat or train. Hotel staff were always very helpful and provided us with a detailed map for this walk as well as booking a teetime for us at the Franciacorta Golf Club for a reduced fee. There's a choice of 5 or 6 restaurants in Sulzano and the hotel now also has a dinner menu. Breakfasts are excellent (although very little hot food,just scrambled eggs) and are taken outside overlooking the lake. The swimming pool is quite small but there are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas and this area was never overcrowded. Free internet access is available in the bar/library.

If we went again I would book a room with a lake view if one was available. The carpark view is not so good.

A charming small property with wonderfully helpful employees. Panoramic, nicely furnished rooms with a book of instructions for the apartment. - the rooms come with air conditioning and a terrace.

Impressive hotel with calm atmosphere. Friendly staff and exceptional service. Killer lakeside views from well-located rooms. Delish breakfast with lakeside seating. Easy access to Monte Isola via ferry. Can't wait to visit again.

The double room here was high-class and beautifully maintained, the breakfast is generous and plentiful, and the location is fantastic being close to attractions like Monte Isola.

Outside of the magnificent setting and fantastic facilities, this hotel tops it all with the quality, friendliness and helpfullness of its staff. Antonella, Paola, Nina and all the rest of the staff were a joy, they just couln't do enough for you.
